We ship via USPS and UPS depending on the size and weight of the package, and destination. Be sure to add us to your address book when you receive your confirmation email, and watch your email for shipping updates which will include tracking information.

If you are in the Twin Cities metro and prefer to pick up your order, please email email@example.com to make arrangements. We will refund all shipping costs for local pick-ups.
Refunds & Returns

If any of our products arrive at your door in a compromised condition or do not work, function or perform as expected within a reasonable time of purchase, we will work with you to make your purchase right.

- a brief description of the issue
